Our clients for this loft conversion in New Southgate specified a complete re-roof for their property. We created a bespoke loft with en-suite bath room to an amazing custom design.The whole house was re-rendered at the same time, during a 10 week build.

Not only did they do a great job with a fantastic finish, they always provided all of the options at each stage ensuring we ended up with exactly what we wanted. On the occasions where unexpected work needed to be carried out, they spoke to us in detail about the reasons why that work needed to be carried out, the cost of that work and gave an accurate timescale. The most important thing for us was that we had a very stringent deadline and TLC went above and beyond to meet that deadline for us which is something we really did appreciate.
